Choose an available Startup or Business plan, sign in or create your Dashio account, select your company workspace (called a Space in Dashio) and continue to secure Stripe checkout. Your subscription activates after payment is confirmed. Each company template has its own employee link, locations and languages. You decide when to publish; setup assistance is optional. Enterprise is coming soon and cannot be purchased yet.

Yes. Annual billing covers a full year for the price of ten months, matching our Company Portal annual saving. The full annual amount is charged upfront, excluding applicable tax. Monthly and yearly billing have the same features and limits within each tier.

Business includes one custom subdomain connected to one generator in your workspace, when domain activation is enabled. Connect it in the template editor, add the DNS records shown there and wait for ownership and HTTPS verification. The generator must be published and your subscription active. Startup does not include custom domains; Enterprise is planned to include up to 50 domains. Your Dashio-hosted employee link remains available. A custom domain changes the page address; it does not automatically install signatures in an email client.

The Marketing Portal is still being refined. Current plans use hosted templates and manual signature installation. Custom-domain activation depends on service availability shown in the template editor. Enterprise Microsoft 365 automation is not available yet. Test your exported signature in the email clients your organization uses before rolling it out.

Not in the current Open Beta. You install the generated signature manually. Template changes apply when a signature is generated again; they do not automatically update installed signatures or sent emails. Copying, importing and image support vary by client. Central Microsoft 365 signature automation for Outlook and Exchange is planned for Enterprise, which is coming soon.

Uploaded logos and banners are included directly in HTML downloads. EML exports package them as inline attachments, so those images do not depend on a public file server. Linked images must be replaced with uploads before an offline download. An EML export does not install a signature automatically.

Yes. Choose a Google Font and a system fallback in the editor. Supported clients load the webfont from Google. Offline clients and email clients that block webfonts use your fallback, so your contact details remain readable.

Owners and administrators of your company workspace (Space) manage its templates. The separate employee link shows only published content and is accessible without signing in. Publish only company details and images that belong in a public email signature.

Signatures already saved in your email client remain there. Embedded images do not need Dashio to be online. Google Fonts fall back to system fonts when unavailable; linked images still depend on their source. Keep a copy of your exported signature.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current monthly or annual billing period. Employee pages require an active subscription. Signatures already installed in email clients remain unchanged.
